With an expected crowd of over 3,000 alumni returning to the Triangle area on Reunions Weekend, it is difficult to coordinate a hotel-to-campus shuttle schedule that will meet the needs and schedules of everyone. Instead of shuttle service from area hotels to campus, we offer five reunion-designated parking lots on, or adjacent to, Duke's West Campus. Shuttle vans will run between all four lots and campus throughout the weekend (8:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday). Reunion personnel will be on duty at each of these parking zones during peak hours (Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to answer questions and to ensure shuttle service is running smoothly. We think you'll find this new system gives you more flexibility in your own scheduling, allowing you to see and do more than before.
PARKING
Park at any of the five designated reunion parking zones, free of charge. Shuttle buses run continuously between the reunion parking zones and campus throughout the weekend. Locations of these parking areas are indicated on the enclosed map (see link).
